Description

We are working with a fantastic company that are looking for an accounts payable clerk tp do the full end to end 360 accounts payable role.

Low volume high invoicing with great attention to detail.

Working one day a week in the office and an extremely friendly workforce and atmosphere.


Overview
This role is key to ensuring the group supplier invoices are paid accurately and on time.


Job Purpose:


Required Experience

  • 5+ years of experience of controlling an Accounts payable function, processing supplier invoices and managing a supplier ledger
  • Experience of making bank payments using online banking software
  • Experience of working in a busy Company working to tight deadlines
  • Experience of process improvement
  • Microsoft experience (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, basic Excel)
  • Basic accounting knowledge (Reconciliations and journal entries)

Preferred Experience:


  • Knowledge of MSGP
