Your main purpose

  • Your responsible for supporting the daytoday management of the affiliate channel, identifying, and developing new opportunities to drive growth, onboard new publishers and optimise the current network.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage our affiliate network to ensure they are delivering against channel KPIs and business objectives.
  • Support the Digital Marketing Manager in driving the development and execution of the affiliate strategy across all territories.
  • Ensure all affiliate sites are displaying the brand, offers and any promotions correctly.
  • Work with the marketing and trading teams to create promotional plans for each territory, ensuring all activity is in line with revenue targets and key performance metrics.
  • Proactively identify and develop relationships with strategic partners and affiliates to increase brand awareness and drive performance across the channel
  • Research and suggest new affiliate partners to work for the UK and across all international territories including the US and Australia.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports, providing analysis against KPIs and ROI and highlighting areas for improvement
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders on performance, channel strategy, activity, and campaigns.

  • Keep up to date with latest trends and strategic opportunities within the affiliate marketing industry.

The role is for you, if you have:

  • At least 1+ years' experience working in an affiliate/marketing role, creating, and executing affiliate or partner campaigns.
  • Experience working with an affiliate network or partnership platform (Preferably AWIN)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects at one given time.
  • Great communication and people skills
  • Good understanding of Google Analytics
