Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.


Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Handle customer complaints or escalations with empathy and patience
  • Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement to management
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze situations and provide appropriate solutions

Salary:
From £24,286.13 per year
