We are currently recruiting for a Handyman to join our team.

Must be available to be on call (nights and weekends) in the event of an emergency at the home.
Essential that you must have own transport and prepared to use for various requests
To run any errands as requested by the Home Manager/Person in Charge i.e. pick up an emergency prescription from the Pharmacy
Must be reliable
Must have general maintenance skills
Decorating Skills
Plumbing Skills (Preferable)

JOB ROLE

General Maintenance of the home ( Decorating / Plumbing etc )
Carrying out various Health & Safety Audits
Keeping the grounds in a tidy condition ( cutting lawns etc )
To repair any faults within your area of skill or arrange the relevant tradesman to visit

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary:
£8.16-£9.52 per hour
