An exciting opportunity has arisen for our client who has an office based in Sheffield. This role will be on a Temporary to Permanent basis

Customer Experience Co Ordinator

You will be working as a small team of 3 reporting

Duties & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Operations Manager on a daily basis you will provide support to the customer experience department.

You will be expected to work on administrative tasks set on a daily basis and also to use your own initiative to progress claims within your team.

The position holder will have the responsibility for the management of specific services ensuring the services are also profitable.

Duties

Input information onto the systems and customer portals


Acting as the key liaison point between the customer, clients, internal employee's and any contractors involved on claims, ensuring communication is precise.

Book appointments for both reactive and planned works.

Managing diary systems.

Supporting customers with choosing their material choices for reinstatement works.


Assisting the Contracts Managers and Operations Managers with material orders, and being available to accept delivery within the local branch.

Ensure SLA's are adhered to and highlighting any issues to the Customer Experience Manager where necessary.

Providing outstanding customer service at all times, remaining courteous and professional.

Analysing and correcting financial data ensuring projected margins are accurate.

Resolving customer queries

Understanding of all contracts you are working with.

Appointing and communicating with key suppliers as and when required.

Attending training courses when requested.

Experience required

Ideally experienced in Property / Insurance / Building works

Office based skills

PC literate including MS office

Telephone based customer service skills

Excellent organisation skills

Self motivated and able to work under pressure

Available to work on a Temporary to Permanent contract

Salary £21,579.97

Hours :
Monday - Friday 8.00 am pm
