We are the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB) and we are here for everyone affected by sight loss.

Working for us means working for one of the UK's biggest charities, supporting almost two million people living with sight loss in the UK.

At RNIB Gateshead, we transform documents for our clients into large print, Braille, audio and easyread formats to make them accessible to blind and partially sighted people.

The Booking In department is part of a larger Volume Production team that produce high volume, fast turn around, confidential, financial, transactional information including bank statements, utility bills and other personal financial information.

The team provide services to a wide range of commercial customers including major banks and financial organisations. This is a new opportunity to join us as a Booking In Assistant.

Your main role will be to book in and process work to be able to provide accessible formats as per client demands.

This will involve data entry, assisting automated production services and the scanning of documents.
