Salary Range:


London:
£37,000.00 to £41,000.00

About the role


You will recognise, assess and advise on emerging risks from strategic, project or BAU activity that may have insurance implications and ensure extensions of cover via external brokers are arranged as required.


You will lead on the renewal of the programme to source the best value cover for the company whilst minimising exposures and being accountable for recommendations that protect the charity's financial, reputation and legal liabilities.


About you

  • You will have a solid understanding of commercial insurance and the insurance market.
  • You will need solid knowledge of contract and policy wording.
  • A technical qualification, from the Chartered Insurance Institute or equivalent.
  • Project management skills will be desirable (although not critical)
  • Experience in managing an insurance portfolio within the charity sector would be advantageous.
