The applicant needs to be able to demonstrate co-operative and productive working with people of all backgrounds. They need to be confident during face to face interactions. Preference would be given to applicants with previous experience of working with stroke patients (or similar conditions). The is no sponsorship available for this post.

C5 provides acute care and rehabilitation for stroke patients. We are a friendly professional and supportive team who work at the heart of the stroke service.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities


Required to carry out a number of designated tasks, of which will involve direct care, in support of and under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Work as an effective member of the multi-disciplinary team.

Following appropriate training and assessment, undertake clinical and non-clinical duties in support of the registered nurse.

The post holder is not required to hold statutory qualifications but will need to complete their care certificate.

  • NVQ / QCF 2 in Healthcare ECDL
Experience

  • Previous experience in dealing with customers, patients or clients in a work environmen

Salary:
The quoted salary will be on a pro rata basis for part time workers.
