Finance Analyst / Power BI Developer

Consumer Focussed retailer

£50 - 55,000 plus 30% bonus and benefits
A well-known consumer focussed retail business is recruiting a high calibre analyst to work with Power BI. You will aid automation and reduce time spent on manual processes. Power BI is fully integrated into the business. Therefore, this role will have ahigh degree of exposure to all aspects of the business.

As an experienced Power BI Developer; you will be capable of leading large-scale Power BI projects; liaising with internal stakeholders to turn requirements into expert solutions; supporting the data& analytics team and driving best practice; and owning all aspects of the project implementation, deployment and governance of Power BI.

Your key responsibilities will include designing, building, and implementing market-leading Power BI dashboards that drive clear commercial benefits for the business.

Managing Power BI capacities, including managing workspaces, apps, performance of capacities,security/access and report/dataflow refreshes. Developing a strong understanding of the strategic infrastructure required to make Power BI rollout a success. Training others on the use of Power BI and advising the stakeholders on best practices.

Working withthe rest of the Power Platform suite including PowerApps and Power Automate and keeping abreast of Microsoft Power Platform product developments and how these can be used to add value across the Group.

You will also be involved in data gathering, cleansingand aggregation, comfortable with working with large datasets to extract information using SQL.
