This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced accounts payable clerk/purchase ledger clerk to step up in their career.

You will be working in a fast paced environment and responsible for maintaining the ledger and supporting junior members, you willbe joining a large finance team with 8 staff members.


Duties include:

  • Inputting all of the purchase invoices across different aspects of the company.
  • Ensuring all invoices are coded to the correct nominal codes
  • Making payments via BACS
  • Setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining existing accounts
  • Chasing supplier statements
  • Accounts reconciliation
  • Query resolution with suppliers
  • Assisting the finance manager relating to purchase ledger
