Senior Care Leader - Care Home

Alfreton, Derbyshire

£11.70 per hour

Eclypse Recruitment are looking to recruit a Senior Care Assistant for this highly reputable compliant Nursing home in Alfreton for the post of Senior Care Leader.

This is a full time position working 37.5 hours per week at £11.70 per hour

We are seeking experienced carers with at least 2-3 years experience within a care or nursing home with minimum NVQ L3 and leadership experience

Typical Duties will include:

Providing highest quality of care at all times
Assist residents with their personal care
Assist residents with their physical and emotional wellbeing
Taking direction and guidance from Nursing and managerial team
Working with a team to maintain and improve on the success of the home
As Senior delegating to junior carers, leading by example, being a mentor and motivator

You will need to be confident and enthusiastic, providing motivation and energy into a caring environment.
