Job Title:
Multi-Trader (Tiling, Plastering, 1st and 2nd Fix Carpentry)

Location:
Ideally Nottingham or Leicestershire, with national project attendance


Salary Range:
£30,000 - £50,000 (Depending on experience) + Travel Allowance + Accommodation


Contract Type:
Permanent


Key Responsibilities:


  • Undertake tiling, plastering, 1st and 2nd fix carpentry tasks as part of refurbishment projects.
  • Ensure work is completed to a high standard, meeting industry regulations and client expectations.
  • Collaborate with the project team to deliver timely and efficient solutions.
  • Travel to various project locations nationally as required.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in tiling, plastering, 1st and 2nd fix carpentry within the construction/refurbishment industry.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering highquality work.
  • Flexibility to travel and work on projects nationwide.
