An exciting opportunity has arisen for new Team Leader to join our March Team on a full time permanent basis working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.

Core shift hours are working between the hours of 7am -7pm.

Overtime is payable at time and a half outside of 40.4 hours.

You shall receive 226 hours, paid annual leave inclusive of Christmas Day, rising to 246 hours inclusive of Christmas Day following three years of continued service.

We are looking to employ all round Warehouse Team Leader.

What we need from you._

Skills

Operation and administration support.
Strategic planning.
Key Account management
Customer service.

Experience

Can communicate at all levels, demonstrating a positive attitude paying particular attention to detail and have a strong customer focus.
Have a flexible approach to working hours which is essential.
Have the ability to challenge our operations in a fair but firm management style.
Previous experience working in the warehouse industry (highly desirable).

We also have a site in Thetford, Norfolk and some travelling between sites may be required, a Full UK Driving License is desirable.
