The Client
We are excited to be working with a growing marketing company using cuttingedge technology in their work They are looking for a Sole Counsel that is excited to get tucked into interesting IP and advertising work.

Responsibilities:

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating of commercial contracts (emphasis on influencer, SaaS, client services, and licensing agreements)
Company secretarial duties
Providing training on legal matters such as IP, Data privacy, compliance, and commercial contracts to the wider business
Managing trademark portfolio
