Main Duties:
- Assisting in the effective management of the planned maintenance, reporting directly to the Contracts Manager.
- Motivate, support and monitor the performance of the trade operatives and subcontractors.
- Maintain a good working relationship with the clients and customers.
- Attend prestart and sign off meetings with clients.
- Assist with scheduling the work, quoting and general running of the projects.
- Enforcement of the quality and customer care ethics through the workforce and maintain workforce discipline.
- Take responsibility for Health and Safety.
Good time management skills and the ability to work in a demanding environment.
Enthusiasm, strong leadership, and great communication skills.
Understand the importance of working as a team.
Good IT skills are essential as well as a clean driving licence.
Previous experience in estimating work and delivering innovative customer solutions would be an advantage.
Ensure a high standard of communication is maintained with the client, customers & colleagues.
Must be able to work under pressure and be deadline driven.
Salary:
£38,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hertfordshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
