Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Manager the main duties of the role include:

Taking responsibility for operations and maintenance of onsite IT infrastructure services
1st level end user and IT infrastructure support
Ensuring support and maintenance of workstations, office printers, bar code printers/readers, tablets
Administration of tickets according to agreed service levels
Asset management and device lifecycle management
Continuous improvements to IT infrastructure to increase resilience and capacity
Emergency onsite support when needed
Handling end user communication
Close cooperation with Global IT infrastructure teams and Business IT teams
Coordinating 3rd parties and IT vendors
