About Pulsant:
Job Purpose:
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute client communication initiatives
- Own and manage a detailed communication planner and client communication distribution lists
- Enhance client relationships through effective and consistent communication
- Track and feedback responses from clients and assist with next step actions.
- Collaborate with many internal stakeholders (including marketing, finance, product etc) to ensure all communications reflect the brand's voice and message coherently across various channels.
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with key internal stakeholders, recommending and implementing engagement strategies
- Track and analyse metrics to gauge effectiveness of communications, gather insights, and make data driven improvements
- Resolve communication challenges: Proactively address and manage and issues arising from client communications, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolutions.
- End to end experience in B2B client communications
- Experience executing and managing high volume mail shots
- Excellent ability to articulate ideas and content suggestions verbally and in writing, ensuring clarity, engagement, and consistency across all client communications.
- Comfortable speaking to people at all levels of the business including C level
- Self starter
- Embraces change and new ideas

- An initial phone screen focused on your experience, career goals and your questions about Pulsant
- Interview with the hiring manager over Teams
- Face to face (competency style) interview with the hiring manager + 1 other
