Hours of work:
06:00hrs to 18:00hrs based on a 4on 4off rota including weekends.

At Gregory Distribution Ltd, we have a vacancy for a

Warehouse Shift Team Leader Days based at our

Coalville Depot.

The position will involve:

Monitor picking operations within designated area to ensure safety and performance are maintained inline with company expectations and targets
Accurate receiving picking and dispatching of pallets.
Maintain stock control in line with company policy and procedure.
Engage with warehouse operatives to encourage best practice and understand any issues which are preventing them from achieving optimal pick rate inline with company targets.
Take appropriate action to ensure any system or facility issues affecting optimal pick rate are rectified in a timely manner
Ensure warehouse operatives are following company procedure in terms of safety and picking operations.
Carry out performance reviews and onetoone meetings with direct reports as required to maintain company standards and targets.
