    Location: FULLY remote Salary: £ 37k£42k

A multi-faceted events and communications agency, founded 10 years ago, and now serving a number of clients globally in healthcare, pharmaceuticals and consumer goods, with 50 talent events and marketing professionals.

The business provides a full rangeof communications solutions from creative assets and branded programs to exhibitions, leadership meetings and both analog and digital communication platforms.

Last year over 1,000 people worked on projects with us, covering strategy, creative concept writing,campaign development and execution in print, web, video, art and graphics.

The company is going through a significant expansion phase with a corporate rebrand and several new team members joining in the coming months.

The company is privately owned by thefounder who is the full time agency head. We have a young, energetic team based around the world.

The company provides an annual bonus, pension and 31 days holiday including public holidays. Travel to clients and to events will be expected and is rewarded with time in lieu where appropriate. Laptop and phone provided.

The HR Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department.

This will include such tasks as maintaining employee records, scheduling interviews, administering benefits, developing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliancewith existing labour laws and regulations.

The HR Administrator will support the Head of HR and the Leadership team across various HR related workstreams. They will provide efficient and effective HR services for the Organization, building new processes and tools where required.


Key Responsibilities

  • Payroll and Benefits - the HR administrator will be responsible for accurate and timely payment of salary and bonus amounts per employee. They will be responsible for the documentation and maintenance of Benefits information, including tracking and reportingon PTO and sick days.
  • Employee Records and Documentation - They will be responsible for the collection and updating of employee information, including contracts, addresses, etc. They will maintain these accurately and securely, and in compliance with all employment relatedregulations.
  • HR Policies and Procedures - They will be responsible for the documentation and maintenance of specific HR policies and procedures, as well as developing new policies and procedures where required. They will also track and monitor specific Proceduressuch as Probation reviews, and Performance reviews.
  • Compliance with Labour laws and Regulations - the HR Administrator with support from external counsel, will be responsible for ensuring our policies and procedures are compliant with the applicable labour laws and regulations, and will ensure managementis aware of any potential issues as they arise.

Desired experience and qualifications
You will be able to walk through practical experience of your previous roles within the function. You will have demonstrated abilities in working with and helping to develop and implement HR policies and procedures. You will also be required to have a level-headedyet empathetic approach to working with people.

Critical skills include:

5+ years of experience in an HR function

A strong administrator with diligent attention to detail

Excellent organization skills with ability to independently prioritize various tasks

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive conversations in a tactful professional manner

Good knowledge of GDPR laws and comfortable handling confidential information

Ability to work across all levels of the Organization
