  • Design Lead£ per day UmbrellaLondon (Hybrid)6 Month ContractOur client are currently searching for a Design Lead to join their team in London. Within this role, you will be responsible for the responsible for the endtoend design activities of the Recruitment solution for the Talent
  • Acquisition and Onboarding Transformation Programme.
  • Overall accountabilities include:
  • Providing oversight and governance of the Recruitment Solution Design including the upfront definition of principles
  • Responsible for the Recruitment solution design validation with business and key stakeholders including Design Authority
  • Responsible for endto end Future Recruitment Process design and sign off
  • Actively contributing to the Programme Design Groups and participating in business and technical architecture activities
  • Working with the Scrum master to ensure that there are no design blockers to commencing a sprint
  • Ensuring effective stakeholder management with GSOs groups
  • Working with Technical team to ensure functional design and configuration workbooks translates into technical specs and build reflects expected business outcomes
  • Review and Quality control of Deliverables produced through the Sprints and by the Value Stream owners.
  • Ensuring teams have visibility of impacts of Cloudbased release changes across the Recruitment Product Suite (in conjunction with the IT owners)
Experience- Experience working on complex multi-technology HR programs

  • Proven experience of designing complex HR processes/ solutions including SuccessFactors Recruitment, EightFold, ServiceNow and Talent Intelligence solutions
  • Good understanding of Talent Acquisition technologies and Automation principles
  • Strong facilitation skills particularly the proven ability to manage meetings and forge consensus amongst stakeholders across multiple workstreams / SME areas
  • Strategic thinking supported by strong business analysis skills to develop robust service design solutions
  • Excellent eye for detail and a proven ability to think through and clearly articulate complex issues
  • Good communication, interpersonal and client facing skills
  • Both a teamwork approach and selfmotivated selfsufficiency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to effectively target messages to different audiences
  • Knowledge of HR practices, functional ways of working, marketdriven priorities in the context of transformation
