Role Purpose:


Project lead an established Supported Internship Programme for 10 young people with Learning Disabilities in partnership with a host employer and an educational partner.


This will include organising rotational placements for Interns that match their aspirations, talents and skills with the intension of securing paid employment as their long-term outcome.


50% minimum job outcomes will be achieved within set timescales through a process of profiling, job matching, marketing, training and monitoring.


Responsibilities:


  • Plan and prioritise personal targets and activities towards achieving agreed business aims and managing personal time and productivity.
  • Maximise client independence by providing suitable training in systematic instruction methods
  • Work in partnership with Local Authority, College, Parents & Carers and other organisations
  • Work closely with the Host employer to ensure the project relationship is sustainable and meets their business needs and corporate responsibility objectives.
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers within the partner organisations and external employers
  • Promote understanding of the Pure Innovations methods and procedural systems to ensure that employers and partner organisations understand what is required to employ a diverse workforce
  • Carry out quality checks to ensure that the project records and maintains accurate relevant written documentation i.e. weekly reports, risk assessments, individual and employer records etc., this will be done either manually or on computer
  • Adhere to GDPR regulations and company policy and procedures to ensure that sensitive information and data is stored and disposed of in an appropriate manner
  • Line management of a job coach
  • Uphold, understand and adhere to all policies and procedures identified by Pure Innovations Ltd
