We are looking for a Compliance Supervisor to be based in Marston Gate.
The position holder will ensure that Yusen Logistics (UK) Ltd provides an efficient and effective service to its customers, by ensuring the standards of quality and compliance are at exceptional levels throughout the healthcare supply chain and for ensuring total compliance to all customer SLAs/SLRs, GDP Guidelines and any other applicable regulations.
Key responsibilities:
- GDP Compliance - using knowledge of GDP Guidelines to ensure the business fully complies with required standards & regulatory requirements for the storage and transportation of healthcare products. To ensure the wider Compliance team always follow the same standards.
- Complaints Management
b. Produce customer facing reports within SLA, based on in-depth investigations using root cause analysis tools and CAPA management techniques.
c. Demonstrate a clear understanding of customer requirements to ensure satisfaction levels are maintained by the wider team.
- KPI Production and Trending
Produce internal and external KPIs and presentations relating to incident management data, using data analysis skills to identify & report performance trends through clear client communications.
b. Ensure the wider Compliance team replicate the same standards.- Report Writing and Presentation
Represent the company where required, providing effective feedback on business performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs at customer review meetings.
b.Prepare presentations as required for stakeholder review meetings and supporting the Quality Manager in ensuring the wider team maintain the same standard.
- Quality Compliance
Use knowledge of Yusen's agreed Quality Technical Agreements and Approved Haulier Work Instructions to ensure that all approved hauliers comply with these strict requirements.
b.To work closely with Carrier Management & IFF teams to ensure the same standards are maintained throughout the Healthcare contract.
Key Requirements:
- Standard school education (e.g. GCSE; A level)
- Experience in the following areas: quality assessments; analytical evaluations; customer service; and complaints management. An understanding of GDP Guidelines and MHRA regulations would also be beneficial.
- Experience of previous team management and development
- Experience in designing and delivering process improvements
- Strong attention to detail and 'right first time' mentality
- Analytical skills
- IT literate in MS Office suite
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to motivate and drive a team forward.
