Join our Rail team as a Lift Planner on the CRSA Project and you'll deliver complex work that really matters to our business, and the world around you.


What you'll be doing
As a Planner, you will have the following accountabilities:

  • To provide accurate and safe SSOWs plans which allow for all required activities on site and are complaint with standard guidelines and procedures
  • To work closely with the delivery teams to collate and request accurately and diligently the SSOW plan requirements of the business.
  • Understand all Health and Safety and procedural requirements in performing the duty of a SSOW planner.
  • To keep and manage accurate records of requirements and diligently manage changes with the local delivery teams.
  • To be fully trained and competent in SSOWs planner Competence.
  • To assist in the implementation of appropriate controls and audit regimes that enable compliance with safety/checking procedures
  • Responding to late requests for change.

Who we're looking for The following qualities/experience are essential**:

  • Knowledge of Track Renewal processes, operational railway and associated safety matters.
  • Knowledge of Rules and Regulations, HASAW and other appropriate regulations, including Group Standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
  • Able to deal in meticulous detail to guarantee accurate production of plans.
  • PTS, Planner
