gap technical are proud to be representing this manufacturing business in their search for a Lead Operative to work at their facility based near Liverpool

Performance Objectives

Work to targets to pack and dispatch products quickly and efficiently.
Dispatch items by courier using online booking systems.
Maintain accurate records against Restocking/replenishment of stock.
Good spoken and written English skills and numeracy essential.
Computer literacy and ability to use automated warehouse IT systems.
Flexible positive attitude to your own work as well as towards supporting and assisting colleagues.
Receipt and Document of goods into warehouse to maintain accurate stock records.
Utilisation and Movement of stock by hand/forklift/pallet truck.
Preparing/packing and wrapping goods to a high standard.

Person Specification

The individual will need an energetic and enthusiastic approach with a "get up and go" attitude to support a closeknit team, to drive our special products with excellent customer service to support continued growth.
A Good understanding of order management/customer fulfilment in an ecommerce context.
Selfmotivated to work independently.
Great eye for detail and accuracy
Pride in keeping areas tidy and organised.
Experience with online ecommerce third party platforms
Work within established guidelines in a warehouse environment of Accredited Standards (BRC).
