Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Customer Training Associate to develop and conduct training programs for our clients.

This role is pivotal in empowering our customers by providing them with the tools and knowledge to maximise the benefits of our products, focusing particularly on the SaaS, real estate, or property management sectors.


Responsibilities:


  • Design and develop educational materials and courses tailored for customers on how to effectively use our products and services.
  • Deliver training sessions to customers both remotely and inperson, adapting to various learning styles and needs.
  • Utilise digital tools such as Canva and Loom to create engaging and informative training content.
  • Schedule and manage training sessions, ensuring a seamless and productive learning experience.
  • Gather feedback from customers posttraining to assess the effectiveness of the programs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Update training materials regularly to reflect product updates and new features.
  • Collaborate with the customer support and product teams to align training with customer needs and product enhancements.
  • Maintain records of training activities and participant progress.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in customer education or training, particularly in software, real estate, or property management industries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable way.
  • Experience with digital training tools, such as Canva and Loom.
  • Strong organisational and timemanagement skills.
  • Ability to engage and educate customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Spanish language proficiency is advantageous but not required.
  • Cultural Fit: Organized, accountable, and professional with a capacity for autonomy and initiative.
