We are looking for a number of Wellbeing Advisors to join our newly formed wellbeing service, working with both Public Health and Adult Social Care.

We believe this collaborative approach is an exciting prospect for someone to thrive in. This role is integral to the prevention and early intervention work that will be carried out by the Council.

What will you be doing?

You will be working with a committed, driven and enthusiastic team across the 9 local area partnerships, with a focus on reducing the demands on health and social care by supporting customers with needs identified through the completion of a variety of validated assessments.

You will be responsible for working with customers on both a one-to-one basis and in group settings, in the community and their home.

About you


You will need to be able to travel extensively within West Northants as well as make ad hoc journeys to other locations within Northamptonshire.
