We here at Anytime Fitness Hornchurch are recruiting for a Sunday Membership Sales Advisor to join our friendly team.

We are recruiting for a confident, proactive, friendly and approachable individual with sales experience.

Hours:
Employed role, Sunday - 6 hours

Pay:
National Min Wage (plus uncapped bonus structure)

Overall Requirements:

Naturally sales focused and target driven with a desire to achieve
Approachable and personable with a sense of fun
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are essential
Have a friendly manner and genuinely care about helping others
Ability to create a great rapport with members
Passionate about health and fitness
Team work to achieve individual and team targets set
Reliable and must have good time keeping

Main Responsibilities:

Make prospect calls
Drive all types of sales
Member engagement
Maintain club standards

Flexibility through the week is preferable to be able to cover any team holidays when needed.

A Basic DBS check will be required within 30 days of employment.
