Description
Hours 37.5 per week Monday to Thursday 8am to 4:15pm & Friday 8am to 3pm.

On site role, no hybrid working.


The overall responsibility will be to support the HR team by providing a confidential, accurate, and timely HR administration service.


Key responsibilities:

  • Provide advice to employees
  • Management on policy and process queries
  • Help maintain positive employee relations across the site.
  • Support the full recruitment process from advertising to onboarding, whilst ensuring all Documentation is provided in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Maintain all HR systems, provide relevant updates to payroll, maintain absence details as well as support the maintenance of training records.
  • Provide month end reports, organise meetings and provide a wider administration service as required.
In order to be considered for this role you must have:

  • Strong administrative background, with strong IT skills along with having excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organised and proactive with a positive working attitude.
  • A continuous drive improve processes and procedures together with a high attention to detail.
  • A background in HR administration is preferred, preferably with a minimum CIPD qualification of Level 3 (or be willing to undertake this qualification).
