Your responsibilities as an Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator

The primary tasks include generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, finalizing sales, and overseeing the sales process until completion. Additionally, you will be seizing every opportunity to arrange appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.

Skills and qualifications needed for success in this role

  • Prior experience in sales is desirable
  • Able to attract new business in a goal-oriented setting
  • Proven track record in customer care/service
  • Resilient, optimistic, well-organized, detail-oriented
  • Exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written
  • Hold a Full UK driving license and have access to your own vehicle
