About The Role:

Recruitment Advisor

Location:
Worcester or Birmingham (Hybrid Working)

Job Summary:

The Recruitment Advisor will specialise in legal support and administrative vacancies across Harrison Clark Rickerbys' 10 offices. This role requires multitasking, prioritisation, and dedication to providing exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Creating job descriptions and adverts.
Advertising positions on social media platforms.

Agency Coordination:

Acting as the primary contact for Preferred Supplier List (PSL) agencies.

Support to Hiring Managers:

Managing Hiring Managers' expectations throughout the process.

Application Screening:

Interview Coordination:

Offer Management:

Liaising with the HR team for contract and offer paperwork.

Data Management:

Project Contribution:

Assisting with occasional project work.

About You:

Requirements:

Prior experience in a similar recruitment role, preferably in professional services.
Strong administration skills.
Excellent telephone communication skills.
Ability to manage changing and conflicting priorities.
Good commercial awareness.
Resilience and effective communication across all levels.
Capability to work efficiently in a fastpaced, highvolume environment.
