We are undergoing a significant transformation, taking bold strategic moves to ensure we continue to deliver as a sustainable, profitable business.

In response to the ongoing transformation, the newly created 'Business Process Management' team is at thecore of this and will ensure that the business change needs are met and transformation programmes are delivered successfully throughout the business.

This role will focus on the development, recalibration and implementation of best-in-class Target Operating Models (including people, processes and technology).

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced and ambitious individual to join a Business Process Management team and impact the future success of our transformation agenda.

As this is an evolving team, there is an opportunity in this role to contribute tothe development of the team and to grow with it.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

These include, but are not limited to:

  • Working closely with business stakeholders to deliver transformation priorities
  • Investigating business problems and opportunities by identifying, aggregating and analysing data, producing recommendations to inform decision making
  • Driving implementation of transformation projects (process / IT changes)
  • Assisting with coaching of internal stakeholders on new processes and changes
  • Working with different functions on defining and implementing performance indicators and servicelevel agreements
  • Cocreating plans, delivering informative reports and providing quality adhoc information
  • Taking part in project meetings, proposing adjustments, taking minutes & following up on action points
  • Performing ongoing analyses on business processes related to productivity, quality, costs, and time management

Knowledge and Experience

  • Experience in the delivery of Lean/Agile methodology is an advantage
  • A professional qualification in Project Management, Lean (Green / Black Belt Level) and/or Agile, Six Sigma, Prince2, etc
Education and Training

Essential:

  • Educated to A Level standard or equivalent
  • Degree / apprenticeship / Diploma in business or project management

SCOPE OF POSITION
Normal hours will be 7.5 hours per day Monday to Friday, with 1 hour for lunch
Working relationships include interaction with all departments and contacts across the business

LOCATION
This position is located at our Head Office in Hatfield, Hertfordshire
