Are you an experienced Product Lead looking for your next challenge within the public sector?

ASA are currently seeking a Product Lead to work in a well established multi-disciplinary team as part of a large scale, business essential long running project, based in the Scottish Central Belt.

What would you be doing in the role?

Bring together and manage a multi-disciplinary team which include specialists in policy development, analysis, and technical staff and manage their work within an agile project framework.

Write options appraisals, business cases and provide information that enables the overall programme to procure the appropriate technology and services.

Create effective, prioritised product descriptions and delivery plans to meet user needs in a cost effective way.
Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product.
Research and analyse markets, users, and the overall roadmap for the product.

What are we looking for?

A strong ability to define growth opportunities and communicate and present these to an array of different stakeholders.

The ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team and set priorities for yourself and others using previous experience of recognised methodologies.

Experience of similar roles in the Public sector would be advantageous.
