Office Administrator:

Great role in a small super established company with really down to earth people: A growing business with a strong customer base.

We need a multi skilled sales support / admin and customer service professional withrelevant experience
£22,000 - £23,000Plus holidays and benefits
Early finish on a Friday. (No weekends) (Heckmondwike)


This role is for a pro active customer services / sales support office admin professional with excellent communication skills and good energy.

A full time role. Good training - good opportunity - stability and variety

This role is to serve as the first point of contact between the company and its customers.
The role is for someone who is happy to, just get STUCK In


Key Tasks will include:


  • Welcoming visitors such as customers or suppliers into the reception area/showroom
  • Working closely with other office administrative staff to ensure all daily orders are processed & actioned
  • Answering and responding to customer sales requirements and queries
  • Order entry and printing of picking lists for the warehouse operatives
  • Managing of individual customers nationwide (online & stores)
  • Keeping up to date with fabric sample requests to all customers


Good all round experience and a genuine person who wants Full time work in a small growing business with a long standing, excellent hostory.
