About the role
FiSearch is partnering exclusively with a Real Estate business to appoint an interim Group Financial Controller for a period of 4-6 months.
This is a fully remote role with the requirement to travel to site in Luxembourg once monthly and the capability towork from a London or Berlin office.
The Group Financial Controller will be responsible for:
- Oversee the financial reporting of the consolidated group for two real estate funds.
- Supervise the accounting of the holding entities and work closely with their subsidiaries and projects to ensure high quality and accuracy of financial reporting.
- Deliver the Q4 close
- Deliver the year end audit
- Prepare the year end financial statements
- Main point of contact for the Auditors.
Requirements:
- ACA / CIMA / ACCA / CPA Qualification
- Extensive financial reporting experience
- Consolidation experience
- Real Estate Experience
- IFRS knowledge a bonus
