We're currently recruiting for experienced Game Designers to join our growing team.

The successful Game Designer will have the opportunity to join a dynamic and creative team working on exciting AAA games that will shape the future of gaming.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop game mechanics to meet the project's goals
• Collaborate with other designers to ensure the game's vision is met
• Balance and tune game mechanics to ensure the game is fun, engaging and rewarding
• Work with other departments to ensure the game meets the technical requirements
• Design and implement new features and content to keep the game up to date

Requirements:

• Experience in game design in the games industry
• Proficiency with game engines such as Unreal or Unity
• Knowledge of game balancing, tuning and optimisation
• Experience with scripting and coding
• Creative problem solving and analytical thinking
• Ability to work in a team and independently

Desired experience:

• Experience of working in commercial game engines, particularly Unreal Engine.
• Game Scripting experience (e.g. visual scripting or code scripting)
• Game Systems Design & Balancing (e.g. camera, controls, progression, pacing etc )
• Multiplayer Design Experience
• Experience in prototyping and rapid iteration of ideas
