  • Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies
  • Manage and coordinate marketing campaigns and events
  • Analyse market trends and customer behaviour
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
  • Monitor the performance of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Work with external vendors to create promotional materials
  • Create content for social media platforms
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers
  • Listing new properties for sale & to let

Hours & Salary
Salary structure negotiable depending on experience.

A full time (approx. 39.5 hours per week), permanent position working out of our brand new office on Allerton Road, L18. You will be required to work 5 days a week, Monday to Friday.

Our office is open Monday to Thursday 9 am to 5:30 pm, Friday 9 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday 10 am to 4 pm.

We are closed on Sunday and bank holidays.


Essential Criteria

  • Previous marketing experience
  • Computer literate

Person Specification

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (we love a good sense of humour)
  • Well presented
  • Ability to work alone or as part of a team
  • Self motivated
  • Excellent organisation, prioritisation and planning skills
