Reliable and respected Company is in search of new full-time CONCIERGE with hospitality background available to work the below shift pattern:

  • Monday
  • 7am
  • 4pm


  • Tuesday

  • Off


  • Wednesday

  • Off


  • Thursday

  • Saturday 11am 8pm
  • Sunday 10am 7pm

Required skills:


  • Sharp eye for detail.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of IT / Office /Excel and Word.
  • Able to cope with pressure.
  • Able to multi task and still deliver a top quality service.
  • Driving Licence.
  • Able to work under a full confidentiality agreement.

Roles and responsibilities:


  • To provide all necessary services to the residents as per the instruction of the House Manager. To communicate efficiently with all members of staff and the residents.
  • Responsible for the welcoming atmosphere throughout the property.
  • Responsible for the cleanliness and comfort of the reception area and common parts at all times.
  • Carry out inspections to the entire public parts of the building, beginning and end of shift to ensure the property is kept clean, tidy and that all electrical / technological appliances are in good working conditions at all times.
  • Monitor of CCTV both internal and external.
  • Assist residents at all times together with their guests and visitors when and where required.
  • To perform all necessary porter duties.

These duties include, but are not limited to:

carrying luggage / packages for tenants, running errands, pet walking, cleaning duties as and when required, and any other physical activity as required (reasonably).


  • Sorting and distribution of mail.
  • To monitor all persons at the property and ensure they have a right to be present.
  • To answer the telephone and deal with general enquirers. To log messages, requests and events as per the approved procedure by correctly using the tools at your disposal.
  • To Monitor the present of workmen around the building and supervise their activities to ensure minimum disturbance to residents. This monitoring to be done in accordance with the agreed procedure.
  • Logging and reporting any incidence of disrepair by using the appropriate procedure / tool at your disposal.
  • Report and monitor health and safety issues and ensure a full safe working practice.
  • Carry out communal lighting inspections of the building, and replace or report any defective bulbs. You are only permitted to replace bulbs following current health and safety regulations for working at height.
  • To collect, securely tie, refuse sacks from the outside of each flat and place in the bins storage areas provided in the communal part.
  • Ensure that all spillages and rubbish is cleared away immediately and that all areas of the building (principally the receptions hall) are immaculate at all times.
  • Carry out any additional duties as directed by the House Manager.

£10.65-£11.68 per hour
