Alexander Lloyd are partnering with an established Pension, Actuarial and EB firm to appoint a Senior Employee Benefit Consultant to keep up with the ongoing demand of the firms client base.

The main purpose of this role will be to retain and develop anexisting client portfolio and acquire new clients/products in the most efficient and cost effective manner.

A major part of this role will be to build excellent internal relationships across the Pension and Actuarial business in order to work together to offera full service of Employee Benefits to clients.

Key account abilities will include:

Liaising and building ongoing relationships with clients, insurers and introducers as well as internal stakeholders
Arranging and conducting renewal, midterm and newbusiness client appointments on the following Corporate products:
Private Medical Insurance
Group Income Protection
Group Life
Critical Illness
International Medical Insurance
Ensuring product knowledge is kept up to date by means of regular update meetings with the insurers and selfhelp regarding products, insurers and adhering to legislation
Managing all processes including renewals in FCA compliant manner
