Location Tewkesbury
We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-motivated individual to join our clients Customer Sales Team as an Internal Sales Co-Ordinator the main purpose of this role is to provide exceptional customer service when raising customer orders, or when answeringpricing, stock & availability enquires, and delivery updates, both written and verbal.
In more detail:
- Act as an internal contact for specific customers, managing their order process from cradle to grave
- Process manual orders for finished goods & spares, adhering to customer agreed SLA's and terms
- Respond to enquiries/orders providing accurate information and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure orders are raised accurately; correct customer account details, products and pricing.
- Manage internal inboxes so priority orders are not missed.
- Monitor call volumes and actively update availability to ensure answer times are within SLA.
Knowledge & Experience Required:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Customer focused, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong positive attitude always looking for the best possible outcome/solution.
- Be able to demonstrate excellent organisation and administration skills.
- Works well under pressure individually or as part of a team and can meet tight deadlines.
- Is analytical with the ability to demonstrate good problemsolving skills.
