AJ Chambers is delighted to be working with a highly reputable law firm with a global reach, looking to expand their commercial team. You will sit within the corporate department, which currently comprises of around 10 other solicitors.

The team advises on a broad range of commercial agreements, outsourcing (both IT and business process), technology matters and data protection.

The work focus is on life sciences, hotels and leisure, art and transport.

The Role

Drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements, including supply and services agreements, manufacturing, distribution, agency and franchise agreements
Management of commercial aspects of corporate transactions, including the negotiation and drafting of TSAs
Conducting legal research using internal and external knowledge management resources
Business development and profile raising
Experience of drafting complex commercial agreements
IT agreements (MSAs, software development agreements)
Accuracy and attention to detail
Cooperative and collaborative
Thrives independently and as part of a team
