A leading family-owned manufacturer based in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire who are known globally specialising in a made to order product are looking to grow their team with Assembly operatives.

What will I do as an Assembly Operative?


You will be working in a factory environment, involved in the build and assembly the product, working within various cell areas.

Using excellent attention to detail you will build to specification putting parts together to build the full product, you will use different tools and work to specifications.

Quality control is also involved where you will be checking the product before it is shipped to customers, packaging also involved.

For you role you will spend a lot of time on your feet and you will be trained in all areas of the Production.


  • Any factory experience would be highly beneficial
  • Are you used to making something and seeing the final product?
  • Have you done production/assembly based roles?
  • Have a great attitude to work?
