An exciting opportunity has arisen for highly motivated people to join our team to provide support to the Surgery & Critical Senior Management Team.
Enthusiasm, excellent organisational and communication skills are essential along with the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
Hours of work will be onsite between Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00 (days and hours to be agreed)
The post holder will be responsible for providing secretarial support to the Clinical Sciences Management Team.
The nature of this post requires the post holder to have a high level of tact and diplomacy, as well as strict adherence to the rules of confidentiality.
To provide a comprehensive administrative support service to include diary maintenance, arranging meetings minute taking and any specific tasks. An aptitude for organisations systems, including document control systems, staff personal files, claims, invoices and orders is essential.
The post holder will act as the first point of contact for enquires for service users and external stakeholders and will need to ensure compliance with the strict rules of Data Protection and Caldecott Guidelines.
