Moolands is looking for a dynamic, positive and eager individual to join a fun, hard working and driven atmosphere within a small office team which has been created due to continued success and growth.

The role is on working along side other staff in the office, primarily supporting the office manager on the minor works help desk.

Daily tasks will vary making each day different and more varied. Being dynamic will be important along with striving to achieve good results for the business. This will assist growth within the business.


Tasks will include:

  • Scheduling engineers/subcontractors works in with customers and the operatives including drainage engineers, electricians, plumbers and groundworkers
  • Proof reading engineer reports via their PDA and updating customers upon completion
  • Costing jobs with rates onto their CRM system along with their clients individual systems
  • Ensuring correct levels of profit are achieved on each job
  • Carrying out administration, including filing, processing orders and deliveries
  • Raising quotations for follow on works with support if required
  • Managing equipment hire
  • Invoicing completed works (after further training)
  • Reviewing previous day's works to ensure all complete, rearranging site visits where necessary
  • Taking ownership of a job ensuring complete satisfaction
  • This will also include dealing with incoming calls and other receptionist duties.

You Will Have:

  • Proven work experience in a client service support role within a busy office / operational environment within the facilities management industry
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong Customer service and communications skills
Salary based on experience


Pay:
£18,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
