The role is on working along side other staff in the office, primarily supporting the office manager on the minor works help desk.
Tasks will include:
- Scheduling engineers/subcontractors works in with customers and the operatives including drainage engineers, electricians, plumbers and groundworkers
- Proof reading engineer reports via their PDA and updating customers upon completion
- Costing jobs with rates onto their CRM system along with their clients individual systems
- Ensuring correct levels of profit are achieved on each job
- Carrying out administration, including filing, processing orders and deliveries
- Raising quotations for follow on works with support if required
- Managing equipment hire
- Invoicing completed works (after further training)
- Reviewing previous day's works to ensure all complete, rearranging site visits where necessary
- Taking ownership of a job ensuring complete satisfaction
- This will also include dealing with incoming calls and other receptionist duties.
You Will Have:
- Proven work experience in a client service support role within a busy office / operational environment within the facilities management industry
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong Customer service and communications skills
Pay:
£18,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
