School Learning Support Assistant

Stoke-on-Trent

£375 - £400 per week

September 2023, Full-time hours


The School and Role


We are looking to appoint a reliable and nurturing LSA to work within a local SEND school on a small group and 1:1 basis.

You will be working with pupils of a range of ages, who have moderate learning difficulties and some more complex needs.


The school has a very welcoming and positive atmosphere, with a staff team who do all they can to meet the needs of the children and promote an inclusive environment.


Requirements:

The successful LSA will;

  • Have experience working within an SEND setting with various needs.
  • Be adaptable and reliable.
  • Have a passion for helping children succeed
  • Have excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team
  • Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK
- _All staff we register will undergo thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service._
