I am currently recruiting a Business Support Administrator to be part of an award-winning business based in Cheltenham.

The role as a Business Support Administrator

  • Liaising with clients and managing queries.
  • Diary management.
  • Experience of inbox management
  • Confident in Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
  • Daily administration
  • Liaise regularly with the fee earners.
  • Create reports and presentations, using Word and PowerPoint.
  • Plan and organise team events.

Skills and Attributes required:


  • Excellent typing skills.
  • Proven experience of diary management.
  • Ability to deliver excellent levels of customer service.
  • Computer literate.
  • Highly organised and a great communicator.
  • Proven experience of working in a similar Secretarial / Business Support role.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
