Shift Pattern

  • Monday to Friday between 8 and 5


Post in on main reception at Hunter health centre but will also involve covering 3 other health centres in the East Kilbride locality.

Dealing with telephone and face to face enquiries. Making appointments and providing admin support for the treatment room and booking patients in for appointments.

Educated to standard grade level or experience in a similar role

Well developed interpersonal skills in customer care.

Excellent communication skills.

Good organisational and planning skills.

Understanding of a range of procedures and processes.

To provide comprehensive Administrative and Clerical support to clinical and non-clinical staff in order to ensure the smooth running of the service
