You will be part of an exciting company who provide high quality student accommodation exclusively to the Liverpool market.


We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional property administrator to join the team and help support our lettings and property management team.

The role currently available will include the following duties:

  • Dealing with the daily administration management of our busy lettings office
  • Being front of house, welcoming visitors to the office
  • Answering the telephone to help, advise and take important messages for the team
  • Dealing with property administration, including tenancy agreements, guarantor forms, maintenance issues and property certification
  • Handling tenant enquiries both face to face and over the phone
  • Managing the team's calendar in relation to viewings
  • Responsible for managing daily post
  • Responsible for scanning, sending and saving all important documents
  • Management of inhouse company database


Accuracy in this role is absolutely critical and the Property Administrator will be organised and take pride in the management of their workload and presentation.


  • Will be driven and look to provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Have great communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask is a must
  • A strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook is essential
  • Able to work well alone and as part of a wider team
  • Have the capacity to deal with a variety of different people professionally, including students, parents, tradespeople and investors
  • Previous administration experience is required
  • Prior lettings or property experience is desirable and would be of benefit


The successful applicant will join the team and will work 9am until 5pm Monday to Friday, however due to the nature of the business there will be some later finishes and weekend work, during peak times, such as our student viewing season and end of tenancy period.

You will receive 6 weeks holiday per annum and be based at our main office in Wavertree.

£17,979.00-£19,160.00 per year
