Description
Follow current plot programmes at all times, and report any issues as to why kitchens cannot be fitted, provide photographic evidence of plots and damage to kitchens that might occur- To follow all the stages in the fitting guidance, including prestart risk assessments, plot checks, installations, health & safety and customer liaison.
- To Install kitchen furniture and appliances in accordance with fitting guidelines using the correct tools and fixings, in both unoccupied and occupied homes. Kitchens must be protected after fitting has taken place, to avoid damage to the finished product.
- To comply at all times with Company and site health and safety standards including wearing 5 point PPE and additional task specific PPE, so that we stay below upper limits of our safety targets.
- Be aware of ours & clients sustainability expectations for timber products, and reutilisation of materials
- Comply with site waste standards, and dispose of packaging waste in the correct manner, adhering to expected environmental standards.
- To complete post installation fitting reports to confirm completion of installation or additional materials and works required to complete
- To operate in line with our contracts, while managing customers' expectations so that our fitting hits the targeted profit margin.
- To maintain and secure company supplied materials and equipment to prevent deterioration or theft.
