Description
An independent Chartered Accountancy Practice in Harrogate is recruiting for a part time Bookkeeper with payroll experience.
To be considered you should have accountancy practice experience and be able to work

20 hours/week over 5 days.


Responsibilities:


  • Quarterly VAT returns
  • Simple selfassessment tax returns
  • Daily Bookkeeping
  • Order processing
  • Communicating with HMRC
  • BACS runs/ Cash management
  • Banks and credit card reconciliations
  • Payroll processing

Skills required:


  • Knowledge of Xero and Moneysoft Payroll Manager is preferred, training can be provided
  • Proven experience within a similar position, accountancy practice experience essential
  • Proactive, friendly attitude
  • Experience of dealing with CIS and VAT domestic reverse charge also highly desirable
Annual salary dependant on experience - £21, ,000
