Harts Restaurant is currently recruiting for a Breakfast Waiter/Waitress.

In this role, we are looking for a true hospitality professional, with the flair to deliver service at the highest level.

Experience within a similar venue would be an advantage although not essential

As a Breakfast Waiter/Waitress, your main role will be to:

welcome guests in a friendly and engaging manner

- demonstrate excellent knowledge of food and beverage menus to guests
- provide prompt, friendly and efficient service
- personalise and engage with guests at every opportunity
- maximise sales opportunities, upsell where appropriate
- create an emotional engagement with guests, thus creating exceptional memories
- be responsible for ensuring bills are dealt with accurately
- maximise service delivery opportunities

Do you have?
- excellent knowledge of food & beverage
- previous experience in a similar 4* environment
- flair, passion and a conscientious attitude
- confidence, professionalism and engaging personality
- ability to think outside of the box to surprise and delight our guests
- excellent attention to detail
- clear conversational English language
